A PERFECT HONEYMOON DESTINATION

Seychelles

An archipelago of 115 islands in the Indian Ocean, off East Africa. Home to numerous beaches, coral reefs and nature reserves, as well as rare animals such as giant Aldabra tortoises. While some islands of the Seychelles will bring you face to face with other travellers, others are almost completely deserted and offer peace, tranquillity, and pure seclusion. Each island has its own charm, so why not try “Island hopping” to experience them all.

Sunny facts about Seychelles

The native Coco de mer, also known as the sea coconut or double coconut, produces the heaviest (about15kg) and largest seed in the world.

The capital of Seychelles, Victoria, is the smallest capital in the world. You can explore the entire city onfoot in less than a day. Bird Island is home to the heaviest land tortoise living in the wild, Esmeralda, who tips the scales at 670 pounds. The second largest atoll in the world, the Aldabra atoll, is home to the world’s largest population of Gianttortoises… and it’s also home to the world’s largest land crab, the coconut crab.

It’s a diver’s paradise; fish life is prolific thanks to the strict conservation rules and the isolated position of the archipelagos.
